To open this post I can’t say it better than The Naib said it:

It ain’t gonna change on the streets, and it ain’t gonna change in the rooms of power: the real work will happen, and is happening, beneath their feet, and in the quiet corners where individuals and small groups are realising that they have to do things themselves. Are you one of them?

I am one of those individuals, and now I’m trying to help other individuals in their attempts.

From now I will also blog about experiments I’m running, or tried, to make my life greener. And most importantly I want to give you the information to replicate my experiments, and give you the practical information you need to actually live a greener life. This all coupled with articles on what is currently happening to our climate and the science behind it.

I will also post the occasional news item to inspire, give background information or to just refer you to individuals who actually successfully greened their lives.
